This outstanding Scottish fiddler’s third studio album, In the Quiet After, produced by Irish fiddle legend Martin Hayes (The Gloaming), who also performs on two tracks, is a deeply expressive and atmospheric work and is garnering some great critical acclaim. Ryan will be touring material from this new album in May, and Nov 2027. On the album and in live shows, Young reimagines traditional material with a deliberate shift in tone, transforming lively reels and jigs into slow-burning, melancholic meditations. Accompanied by stellar guitarists.
Booking now for May and 18-28 Nov 2027.
